This policy describes how Hi Bonsai (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, waitlists, reservation pages, and related pages that link to this policy (together, the “Services”).

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• Contact and account information — for example, your email address when you join a waitlist, sign up for updates, or complete a form.
• Optional phone number — if you choose to provide a mobile or other telephone number, we may use it to send you time-sensitive messages about a secret or limited promotional offer (for example, launch windows, early access, or similar campaigns you asked to hear about). Providing a phone number is voluntary; you can use many parts of the Services with email only. Standard message and data rates may apply where applicable.
• Marketing parameters — such as UTM tags in URLs, which help us understand how you found the Services.
• Technical and usage data — such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP (where we or our vendors process IP for fraud or analytics), pages viewed, and timestamps. Some of this may be collected via cookies or similar technologies.

Mobile information and marketing. No mobile information (including your telephone number or the contents of SMS or voice messages we exchange with you) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in. All other categories of processing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Retention periods can vary by data type and system.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. If you receive promotional texts or calls from us and wish to stop, you can use the opt-out or STOP instructions included in those messages (where required by law), or contact us at the email below and ask that we remove your number from offer notifications.

The Services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
